We did 2 major overseas project over the past few years.

 

Cherating –near Club Med in Malaysia
We assist one of the most respectable chartered developers in Malaysia in their first launched low rise residential project in Cherating –near Club Med . We managed to sell at least 20% of the total 60 units in Singapore .

 

Portofino – Queensland Australia
This is one of the most ambitious mega million projects with include a hotel and more than 200 units of low rise yacht parking residential cluttered housing with a total concept from Portofino including a scuba diving pool and magnificent landscaping . We represent the developer in both Singapore ,Malaysia  and Indonesia in this project.
